Tasks (Mobile)
Tasks are activities that employees must perform. They can be anything from repairing a device, delivering an order, building a structure, or providing customer service. Tasks are displayed in lists to streamline viewing and submission of forms or checklists. Depending on the goal, there are several task types:
- Scan Task: Requires scanning a QR code or NFC tag.
- Report Task: Opens a form for the user to fill out.
- Manual Task: Appears as a checkbox; not linked to any additional features.
Note: Some tasks might require a scan, such as scanning a QR code or NFC tag, or completing a form/checklist. If the necessary scan or form is not completed, the task cannot be marked as done. Users must finish these steps before fully submitting or completing the task.
Steps to Check & Complete Tasks
- Tap the Tasks icon.

- Select the task.
- You can use the search bar at the top of the tasks section to easily find it.

- Swipe right to mark it as done.

- Confirm using the check button.

- Scan task: Prompts you to scan a QR code or NFC with your device.
- Report task: Redirects you to a form.
- Manual task: Appears as a checkbox with no redirects.
- You'll receive a confirmation.

Note: Some tasks might require a scan, such as scanning a QR code or NFC tag, or completing a form/checklist. If the necessary scan or form is not completed, the task cannot be marked as done. Users must finish these steps before fully submitting or completing the task.
