Manage user profiles in mobohubb by updating employee personal and work-related information through the web portal. This guide shows you how to access and personalize a user's profile to enhance their mobile app experience.

User Personalization

You can update employee information from the mobohubb web portal. This includes personal details, work-related data, and other settings that affect both the portal and the mobile app.

Steps to Access and Update User Personalization:

  1. Navigate to the "Users" section.

  2. In the current window, check the box next to the user you wish to personalize.
    Note: You can modify only one user at a time, so do not select multiple users.

  3. On the right side of the interface, click on "Edit."

  4. Fill in or modify the following fields as needed:

    • First Name*: Enter the user’s first name.
    • Last Name*: Enter the user’s last name.
    • Email Address: Update the email address; this will also be used as the username.
    • Phone Number: Provide the contact number.
    • Employee ID: Enter the company identifier.
    • Company: Specify the company name.
    • Site Contact: Provide details of the primary contact at the site.
    • Pay Rate: Input the hourly pay rate.
    • Additional Information: Include any other relevant details.
    • Photo: Upload a profile picture (supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG).


  5. Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
